About Volume®
Who founded Volume® and how long has it been in the industry?
Volume® is part of Volume Tekstil, whose foundations were laid in 1999. It has been an innovative and reliable brand shaping the home textile sector for more than 25 years.
Which products does Volume® manufacture?
We manufacture digital printed rugs (dot, leather, woven and chenille backing), welsoft rugs and bath mats (tufted, macaroni, jacquard, digital print). Products are made wholesale under the Volume® brand or your own brand.
What are Volume®'s vision and mission?
Our vision is to become Türkiye's leader in home textiles and a global brand recognized in the world market. Our mission is to offer products that combine functionality and aesthetics and transform living spaces.
What is your total monthly production capacity?
Our total monthly production capacity is 300,000 m²: 200,000 m² of digital printed rugs and 100,000 m² of bath mats.
About Products
Do you offer flexibility in design and size for digital printed rugs?
Yes. You can choose from our wide design archive or provide your own designs, logo and corporate colors for rugs made just for you. Width is up to 240–260 cm and roll length 10–100 meters, adjustable to your requirements; 300 cm and 350 cm widths are custom production for high-volume orders.
Which backing options are digital printed rugs made with?
We offer dot backing (superior non-slip), leather backing (elegant look and abrasion resistance), woven backing (natural flexibility and lightness) and chenille backing.
Which weaving types are bath mats available in?
Our bath mat sets are made with cotton weaving quality: tufted, macaroni and jacquard. We also have digitally printed mats printed on polyester and velvet fabric. Color, size and pattern are set according to the customer's request.
What is the minimum production quantity?
Our minimum production quantity is 1,000 m². Products are made to the customer's request; color, pattern, size and shape are specific to the order.
What sizes of rugs do you produce?
Width is up to 240–260 cm and roll length 10–100 meters, adjustable to your requirements. 300 cm and 350 cm widths are produced as custom orders for high volumes. Shape options are square, rectangle, oval and round.
What are the sample and lead times?
A 60 × 60 cm sample can be provided. Lead time is 20 days; for printed rugs it starts after design approval. Print files must be supplied as PDF or TIF.
Do you sell blank (unprinted) rugs?
Yes. We supply felt-backed rugs with a printable polyester face to customers with their own sublimation printing machine. For customers without a machine, we print their design at our factory and deliver. In both cases the minimum production is 1,000 m².
Processes and Quality
How do you guarantee quality in your production process?
We use the best raw materials and state-of-the-art digital printing machines. Every product goes through meticulous quality control before it leaves the production line.
How does the order process work?
The order system has four steps: product selection, order form (size, color, quantity), fast production and reliable delivery.
Which companies do you work with?
We have strong partnerships with leading companies in the sector such as Merinos, Zorlu, Madame Coco and Özdilek.
Is it possible to see the products and the factory in person?
Yes. You are welcome at our showroom and at our factory to see our wholesale production capacity and quality control processes on site.
