Factory and production process
From the design desk to the shipping dock, every stage takes place under one roof at our integrated facilities in Esenyurt. Quality control at every step, full traceability at every stage.

Digital printed rug production line
From the customer's artwork or the ready design archive to the printed rug. Customers who own a printing machine can take the rug blank.
Design and color preparation
Choose from our design archive or provide your own artwork, logo and corporate colors. Size and shape are set, colors are matched and submitted for sample approval.
Digital printing
High-resolution digital printing; designs and colors are transferred to the fabric by sublimation (heat transfer). The structure of polyester fibers absorbs the dye deeply, so colors do not fade.
Fabric and surface
Polyester or chenille face fabric is selected for the project; the print is applied to this surface with photographic sharpness.
Backing application
Dot (non-slip), leather (synthetic leather) or woven backing is integrated into the rug according to the area of use.
Cutting and edge finishing
Rugs are cut to the requested size and shape (square, rectangle, oval, round) and edges are finished. Width up to 240–260 cm; 300–350 cm width is custom production.
Quality control
Multi-stage inspection from raw material intake to product release: color, print, backing adhesion, size and surface.
Packing and shipping
Packed in protective packaging according to the customer's label and carton requirements; domestic and export shipments within the contracted time.
From yarn to finished product, under one roof
Your rugs and mats are produced in five stages at our facilities in Esenyurt, Istanbul. Every stage runs on our own lines, under the control of our own team.
-

1. Yarn selection
100% Turkish cotton is used for bath mats and Turkish polyester yarn for rugs; all yarns are OEKO-TEX® certified. Colour and thickness are chosen to match your order.
-

2. Weaving
The yarn is worked into the backing on tufting, macaroni (chenille) and jacquard machines. Pile height, texture and embossed patterns take shape at this stage.
-

3. Digital printing
Your design is printed onto the polyester surface in 4K resolution with European-made inks and fixed into the fabric by sublimation, so it does not fade in the wash.
-

4. Quality control
The fabric is unrolled and inspected on the control table: colour, print, backing adhesion, size and surface are checked one by one, and faulty pieces are taken off the line.
-

5. Cutting and edge finishing
Each product is cut to the size and shape you need: square, rectangular, oval or round, up to 240–260 cm wide. After edge finishing it moves on to packing.
Bath mat production line
From cotton yarn to packed sets, on tufting machines and jacquard looms. Digitally printed mats are printed on polyester and velvet fabric.
Yarn preparation
100% cotton yarns are wound onto cones; color and count are checked and the yarn is fed to the machines.
Tufting / macaroni / jacquard weaving
On tufting machines yarn is worked into the backing as loops; on jacquard looms the pattern is woven directly into the fabric; macaroni weaving uses thick yarn for a plump surface.
Pattern and texture finishing
Embossing, pile height and pattern details are finished according to the product type; wide archive of ready designs.
Edge and set preparation
Mats are prepared as sets of large and small sizes; edge and final finishing are checked.
Quality control
Absorbency, texture, color and size checks; defective items are removed from the line.
