Print on your own machine

Blank rugs (unprinted)

For customers who have their own sublimation printing machine: felt-backed rugs with a printable polyester face. You do the printing; the recommended settings are in the technical specifications.

We print and deliver

Printed rugs

For customers without a printing machine: we print your design at our factory and deliver it as a ready rug. Files are supplied as PDF or TIF.

Weight: 400 – 1,500 g/m², made to the weight and weave quality you need (including an optional sponge layer)
Backing color: White · Black
Backing quality: Premium-quality dot backing (non-slip dot coating)
Printable fabric: 100% polyester from Turkish polyester yarn; OEKO-TEX® certified yarn (chenille fabric option also available)
Pile height: 4 – 9 mm
Width: Made to your size; up to 240–260 cm wide, 300 cm and 350 cm widths as special production for high-volume orders
Length: 10 – 100 m; roll length can vary to your requirements
Shape: Square, rectangle, oval, round
Area of use: Homes, hotel lobbies, offices, shop entrances, exhibition areas

Printing, colour and washing

Print resolution: 4K (4000 dpi)
Ink: European-origin ink (not Chinese-origin)
Colour fastness: No colour fading or bleeding when machine washed
Washing: Machine washable at 30 °C

Sublimation settings (for those printing blank rugs on their own machine)

Recommended temperature: 210 °C – 220 °C
Press pressure: At least 3 PSI
Drum speed: 4 – 8

Minimum production: 1,000 m²
Sample: A 60 × 60 cm sample can be provided
Lead time: 20 days (for printed rugs, after design approval)

Production model: Blank rug or printed rug (ready design or custom design), Volume® brand or OEM / private label
Unprinted rug: Supplied as a finished rug only; unprinted fabric is not sold separately

Hypoallergenic

Does not shed lint or dust; can be used without worry of allergic reactions.

Washable

Its thin and soft structure makes it easy to clean; heavy stains can be washed in a washing machine.

Pet friendly

Does not shed hair; suitable for use with pets and robot vacuum cleaners.

Backing options

The backing is felt-based (white or black, in the weight you need) and is produced with four different backing types according to the area of use.

Dot backing

Maximum stability on the floor thanks to its non-slip property. For high-traffic areas; easy to clean and contributes to room acoustics.

Leather backing

Natural, elegant look and resistance to abrasion. For luxurious interiors with heavy traffic; a wipe-clean underside that does not hold dirt.

Woven backing

Gives the rug natural flexibility; easy to fold, light and breathable.

Chenille backing

A warm feel from a soft and plump chenille surface; comfortable for homes and living areas.

Face fabric options

Polyester fabric

High strength and durability. Because digital printing penetrates the fabric deeply, the print keeps its original brilliance even with frequent use and washing.

Chenille fabric

A soft, fluffy and velvety texture with its piled, hairy structure. Woven from yarn blends such as cotton, polyester and acrylic; it combines natural softness with synthetic durability.
